Job Description: Inter-regional/Provincial Coordinator
Hours: 40hrs a week
Location: Tarlac, Philippines

Project Overview:
USAID RenewHealth: Expanding Access to Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBDR) Services in the Philippines is a five (5) year project from May 2019 to May 2024. The primary objective of the project is to help persons who use drugs (PWUDs), people in recovery, and their families obtain access to informal care, self-help or community-based treatment and recovery support to reduce or prevent drug dependence. By the end of the project, more communities will be able to provide evidence-based approaches to CBDTR services that Filipino PWUDs and their families can access without fear or prejudice.
Position Overview:
The Provincial Coordinator will be assisting in the implementation and monitoring of field activities. He/she may also serve as trainer and coach to community facilitators/trainers.
Job Description:
Monitors implementation of site workplan under the supervision of the COP and in coordination with technical leads based in the central office;
Monitor and gather data to evaluate programs;
Act as trainer and coach to community facilitators/trainers;
Coordinates activities that are done in partnership with DOH DDAPTP or assigned LGU
Liaise with DOH or LGUs, and other provincial and community level stakeholders involved in activity implementation to ensure synergies and implementation according to a shared vision;
Other tasks that may be assigned.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
International Certified Addiction Professional or Bachelors’ degree in public health, psychology, or other related field; with at least 5 years of relevant experience;
Preference for those would background in substance use prevention and/or treatment
At least 6 months of experience working with DOH, communities or local government;
Strong written and spoken English and local languages;
High level of responsibility and integrity;
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment; and
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, particularly as related to report development
