Program Coordinator
Implement in direct collaboration with the Head of CSR the Green Rebellion (environment program) and Men Caring for Women (gender program). Jointly implement the yearly SHINE Awards with the Advocacy and Partnership Assistant (APA) and REHDI the disaster response and external medical and surgical program of MDH. Write proposals for possible funding. Together with APA work directly with the members of the CSR Circle of Partners for special projects and harmonization of resources. Work with the Head of CSRO, Senior Social Worker and APA in developing and implementing capacity building tools for the MDH adopted community and school. Shall ensure the accurate and timely consolidation and submission of CSR Reports for the MDH Board. Collaborate directly with stakeholders and program partners. a. With at least three (3) years minimum experience in undertaking community development work including community organizing, capacity and partnership building gained from a humanitarian organization practicing internationally recognized principles and discipline.
b. Proven technical competency in the actual implementation of sustainable programs in the area of health, environment, gender and livelihood.
c. Proven technical competency in the actual implementation of sustainable programs in the area of health, environment, gender and livelihood.
d. Proven technical competency in the actual implementation of sustainable programs in the area of health, environment, gender and livelihood.
e. Proficiency in technical writing.
